Hi Sandy:

I was reminded by your post of how important it is to feel the vision in the now, not as something in the future.

By allowing myself to revel in the feelings of having what I want I tell the universe "It's mine." Instead of, "It's always somewhere in my future, never in my now."

My life coach, Dena Plotkin of thework101.wordpress.com, got me back into creating vision boards. My wife and I used to make them when we first got together and it helped us visualize and create 4 fantastic years of living in the Caribbean.

You can bet I will be putting more energy into this practice again.

Peace-filled awakenings,

Stephen Hardy

Hi, Sandy,
Thank you for writing about vision boards. As an addiction counselor I learn HOW my clients learn the best. For those visual learners, vision boards are an excellent vehicle for moving toward recovery.

Be well,
MAx
http://www.onlinewellnessassociation.com

Hi Sandy,
I appreciate that you said, "I don't think about them as something that is going to happen in the future. Oh no, I allow myself to experience the thoughts, feelings, smells and touches that each of these experiences brings about right now. That's what brings them about."

This is where most people 'fail' with vision boards. They think of vision as a future event and don't take time to embody the vibes that the vision activates in them.

Thanks for sharing.
Nat
