MasterMind Groups

Sunday, January 3rd, 2010

Laurie said, ‘When I first heard about the possibilities of the MasterMind group it just felt right so I had to check it out for myself. I was very intrigued to explore this concept of sharing a combined energy among all the participants with Spirit as a main component working on our behalf. After only 2 weeks I started seeing dramatic results. I am certain this is the result of attending the weekly MasterMind group and being able to discuss, set and share our goals and intentions together. I’m so glad that Sandy invited me to participate. So, if Sandy has invited YOU, I highly recommend that you listen up and give it a try!

Happy New Year!

In the past few months I have formed two MasterMind groups. Participants of these groups are experiencing real and profound changes in their lives. I’m really excited to see all of this progress, so I wanted to open up the opportunity to more people.

The idea behind these groups is really very simple. I believe very strongly in the law of attraction. You are undoubtedly aware of this simple and yet profound concept. That’s what ‘The Secret’ was all about, as are many other books, movies, etc. Basically, it is this; what we think about and put our attention on comes to exist in our life. That means that we are co-reating our lives along with the Supreme Being, moment by moment and that we have the ability to change our lives as well. This is the point of the MasterMind group. We gather together to learn about what we would like to change or bring about in our lives. You will learn to re-frame your thoughts and speech in a positive manner so that you are truly asking for positive change. For example, you may come to the gathering concerned about bills and debt. The discussion will not focus on these bills and debt, but will instead gently guide you to think about financial freedom. Subtle but very different. As a group we will hold intentions for these changes to take place in one anothers lives.

Each of us is very powerful and has the ability to bring about tremendous change in our lives. When we gather to co-create together along with our Creator, we exponentially increase the power of our minds, we are forming the MasterMind which is much more powerful and effective than any one of us alone.

I refer to Creator, Supreme Being, God, Universe, Spirit, etc. often during these gatherings. While no religion is suggested or required for these gatherings, I want to be clear that this is a very spiritual endeavor. You may of course be any religion or none at all to participate, all are welcome. But it is important to know and understand that these groups are intended to work hand in hand with our Maker.

These MasterMind groups are capped at four (4) participants, so that there is plenty of opportunity for each person to speak and be heard during each weekly two (2) hour gathering. I will be there as coach and facilitator during each gathering. After each meeting you will receive an email detailing the intentions which we will hold for one another during the upcoming week.

The requirements are very easy.
Sign-up for online materials, cost is $27. so that you have access to each weekly lesson at www.masterminding101.com
Meetings are held at my space every week
The most important requirement – an open mind and an open heart

The monthly fee for participation is $75. During this 12 week process you will receive unlimited coaching support via email.

I have three slots available for these groups. Monday afternoon 3-5, Tuesday afternoon 12-2 and Wednesday evening 6-8.

To register online visit http://www.sandywalden.com/workshops.php. Or call or drop me a line via email.

I look forward to taking this journey with you as you begin walking down this new path, creating your best life.

Namaste,
Sandy

Here’s a bit of feedback from David.

‘My wife is in the first MasterMind group that Sandy Walden started and says it’s the best group of gals she’s partnered with in a long time – if ever.  Pat says it’s good for her and praises it highly. And when Sandy said she wanted to start another group I was right there signing up.

At our second meeting the group agreed there might be a better way than chasing after business, and running around to networking groups, etc. We thought it would be desirable to have people come looking for us and our services. Less than 48 hours after we decided that and put that intention out there, I got three calls with new business; a call out of the blue, an opportunity to team up with someone that had been meaning to call me and an offer to do a second project with a fairly new client.

Amazing!’

The Shack

Monday, August 17th, 2009

I read a wonderful book the other day. It had been recommended and even loaned to me by one of my favorite life coaching clients. ‘The Shack’ by Wm. Paul Young spoke to me on many levels.

As a life coach I encourage clients to acknowledge and appreciate their faith, if they do indeed believe in a higher power. This book tells the true story of a man who lived through a brutal childhood. Later he married and had children, settling into a wonderful if somewhat ordinary life. God as he knew him was pretty unavailable and not someone he felt that he could count on. Tragically this man experienced a horror that is every parent’s nightmare. Sometime later, this man is invited up to a place referred simply as the shack. During his time at the shack his life changed forever.

I’m not going to tell you too much more because I do not believe I can do the story justice.

Reading this book helped me to deal with many questions. Maybe predictably, it prompted many more questions as well. Most of all it reminded me of the connection I feel with my God and reminded me that it doesn’t have to be all that complicated. It’s really pretty straight forward, a relationship of love and trust. Beginning, middle and end.

Why do I feel the need to share this with you? Because I think we all need something that we believe in and depend upon. For me this is my faith. Life coaching and Reiki have both helped me to become much clearer about my faith. Each has helped me to eliminate some of the junk that I always associated with faith. For me this process has been simple yet incredibly profound.

I encourage both life coaching and Reiki clients to take a bit of time each day to meditate. Time to simply be. When I do this it helps me to clear my mind and open my heart to ideas, thoughts and feelings. Sometimes these thoughts and feelings are new to me. Often they are old thoughts or emotions that I had sort of shelved in the past. Now when I give them a bit of time, they are more easily dealt with, as I simply ponder them from a detached point of view. I’m not consistent about meditating every day at a certain time or place, but I expect to get better about it with time. I know that it has served me well and I absolutely appreciate that fact.

For today I hope that you are able to take a few minutes to spend all by yourself in peace and quiet. Not thinking, just being. I hope that this will help you to find a bit of peace and guidance.

For a very good read which just may change your life, I strongly recommend reading ‘The Shack’. I know I’ll be buying several copies and keeping them on my lending bookshelf. This book is too important not to share, which is why I just shared with you.

Warmly,
Sandy
