Grief, something that we all experience at some point in our lives. It’s been said that grief is the price we pay for love. Some of the circumstances we most readily think of when we consider grief:
*End of relationship, romantic, family, friend, etc.
*Job loss or change
*Loss of pet due to death or re-homing

Being in that place we call Grief can be overwhelming. Attempting to deal with day to day life when you are also experiencing a myriad of emotions, thoughts, and experiences that are confusing and painful can leave us feeling truly overwhelmed.
Yes, we know that death and grieving is a natural, normal part of life, that’s very true. But do we need to stay in that place of swirling thoughts, pain and low energy forever? NO! I don’t believe we do need to stay in that place of lingering pain. Healing can happen, one step at a time.
As we work together, you will find your own inner strength, a resilience that you may have forgotten or not known was deep within you. You will discover safe, healthy was to feel and process your grief. Be assured that as you heal, your loved one comes right along with you, but in a much more gentle way which allows you to think of them, remember them, hold them in your heart forever.
How do we work? Well, we have options, of course.
Face to face in a public location of your choosing, in my office or via the Internet using Zoom. So wonderful to be able to see one another as we work.
Of course, we always have the option of working together via telephone. This provides the opportunity to be very flexible with scheduling. All we need to do is dial – and we’re connected.
