MasterMind Groups

In the past few months I have formed two MasterMind groups. Participants of these groups are experiencing real and profound changes in their lives. I'm really excited to see all of this progress, so I am opening up this opportunity to more people.

The idea behind the MasterMind is really very simple. I believe very strongly in the law of attraction. You are undoubtedly aware of this simple, yet profound concept. That's what 'The Secret' was all about, as are many other books, movies, etc. Basically, it is this; what we think about and put our attention on comes to exist in our life. That means that we are co-reating our lives along with the Supreme Being, moment by moment and that we have the ability to change our lives as well. This is the point of the MasterMind group. We gather together to learn about what we would like to change or bring about in our lives. You will learn to re-frame your thoughts and speech in a positive manner so that you are truly asking for positive change. For example, you may come to the gathering concerned about bills and debt. You will of course be encouraged to express yourself, but we will not focus on these bills and debt, l instead I will gently guide you to think about financial freedom. Subtle but very different. As a group we will hold intentions for these changes to take place in one another’s lives.

Each of us is very powerful and has the ability to bring about tremendous change in our lives. When we gather to co-create together along with our Creator, we exponentially increase the power of our minds; we are forming the MasterMind which is much more powerful and effective than any one of us alone.

I refer to Creator, Supreme Being, God, Universe, Spirit, etc. often during these gatherings. While no religion is suggested or required for these gatherings, I want to be clear that this is a very spiritual endeavor. You may of course be any religion or none at all to participate, all are welcome. But it is important to know and understand that these groups are intended to work hand in hand with our Maker.

These MasterMind groups are capped at four (4) participants, so that there is plenty of opportunity for each person to speak and be heard during each weekly two (2) hour gathering. I will be there as coach and facilitator during each gathering. After each meeting you will receive an email detailing the intentions which we will hold for one another during the upcoming week.

The requirements are very easy.

The monthly fee for participation is $75. Rest assured that during this 12 week process you will receive unlimited coaching support via email.

Make That Connection - Workshop

Do you ever feel uncomfortable in group situations or meeting new people? Do you worry about who you will talk to or wonder what to say?

This two (2) hour interactive workshop teaches you to easily and effortlessly make a connection with others. You'll learn simple skills to begin a conversation and learn to truly enjoy the process. Not only will you learn these skills, you'll understand why they work in all situations.

Sandy's Sangha (Meditation Group)

The time spent meditating is a time to connect to your heart. This weekly meditation is open to all who would like to participate. We will begin each session with a brief reading, then meditation time approximately 30-45 minutes long, followed by another 20 minutes or so to journal or to share if participants choose to share. Sometimes the meditation will be to a CD, other times it will be guided by a participant or even a silent meditation to quiet music. Please know I am open to thoughts, comments or ideas from one and all.

Weekly Meditation: Wednesday's
Times: First, third and fifth Wednesday of the month from 6:00 - 7:30pm
            Second and fourth Wednesday of the month from 9:30 - 11:00am

We will meet the 3rd (third) Tuesday of every month.

Vision Board

We all have hopes and dreams; this class helps you to turn those hopes and dreams into goals and intentions. You will come to understand the importance of targeting and focusing your attention on your goals.

During this two hour workshop you will make your personal vision board. Pictures, words and phrases that are meaningful to you will go onto your personal board. This board can focus on one aspect of your life, for example: fitness, the home, finances or it can encompass all aspects. It's completely up to you and your vision of what you would like your future to look like.

This workshop is offered privately in your home or office. Invite your friends, family and colleagues and make it a fun learning experience for everyone.

This workshop can uncover some real surprises for participants! A family participating in this workshop may learn more about one another than they ever expected. Likewise friends and colleagues will have the opportunity to share and grow together.
